Wednesday, Ciminelli Real Estate Corporation (CREC) revealed its plans for the project Wednesday, which they say will reflect the area’s Olmsted Parkway and offer a neighborhood atmosphere.
CIMINELLI REAL ESTATE CORPORATION UNVEILED PLANS FOR A $40 MILLION MIXED-USE DEVELOPMENT PROJECT FOR THE AREA OF BIDWELL PARKWAY, ELMWOOD AND POTOMAC AVENUES.
The two-building project has been introduced under the name Arbor + Reverie and will contain retail space, condos, apartments, and both structured and underground parking.
AFTER ONE YEAR OF PLANNING AND COMMUNITY MEETINGS, A DEAL HAS BEEN STRUCK BETWEEN THE CITY OF BUFFALO, MAGNOLIA EVENTS AND OLMSTED PARKS CONSERVANCY THAT WILL SEE THE TERRACE @ DELAWARE PARK OPEN BY JANUARY.
It will bring a year-round, family-friendly restaurant at the historic landmark, often considered an under-utilized asset.
