Presented by BlueCross BlueShield of WNY, the City of Buffalo and the Buffalo Olmsted Parks Conservancy, the Splish Splash celebration will include the BlueCross BlueShield Healthy Zone Cruiser, a picnic zone, a face painting zone, family fun activities, water sports, healthy snacks and more.
