Join the Buffalo Olmsted Parks Conservancy and Spencer Jones Yoga in a special edition of Yoga & Snowshoeing at Delaware Park, which consists of 350 acres of gorgeous meadow, forest, and lake. Don’t miss your chance to enjoy a hike through a historic, nature-filled Olmsted Park followed by a relaxing and invigorating vinyasa yoga class near a fireplace inside the cozy Great Room at Parkside Lodge.
Refreshments Fairy Cakes Cupcakery will be served after the yoga session.
Please wear or bring waterproof shoes/boots that you can walk comfortably in for 30 to 45 minutes.
Have your own yoga mat?
Bring your own yoga mat, or use some that we have available! Yoga mats will be available to borrow, thanks to Yoga Parkside.
Suggested donation: $10.00. Your donation will help us organize more of such events in the future!

6:00 p.m. — Snowshoe Guided Walk in Delaware Park meadow (45 minutes)
6:45 p.m. — Bathroom Break
7:00 p.m. — Yoga with Spencer Jones in the Great Room (45 minutes)
7:45 p.m. — Refreshments, provided generously by Fairy Cakes Cupcakery
Directions and Parking
The Parkside Lodge, 84 Parkside Avenue, is the building in Delaware Park, and at the intersection of Parkside Avenue and Florence Avenue.
Parking is available at:
- Enter Delaware Park at the Agassiz Circle entrance (corner of Parkside Avenue and the Scajaquada Expressway Rte 198). There is a parking lot there.
- Along Parkside Avenue, Florence Avenue and other streets in the Parkside neighborhood.
- VERY Limited parking is available at the parking lot at the entrance of the Parkside Lodge.
