Buffalo Olmsted Parks Conservancy & Yoga Parkside presents “Blossom into Peace”
A four week flow yoga series with Megan Callahan, Director of Yoga Parkside. Celebrate Spring and join us for this beginner-friendly yoga class in the beautiful, historic Parkside Lodge. As we shift out of this long winter, let’s breathe deeply and learn some yoga poses to stay grounded during this season of new beginnings.
Date: Every Tuesday between April 16 and May 7

Week 1, April 16: Gounding and Standing poses
Week 2, April 23: Twists
Week 3, April 30: Hip Openers
Week 4, May 7: Gentle inversions
*You may sign up for one or more of these classes, but need not attend all four to be part of this yoga series*
